An ode to peanut butter...

Interests as of mid-April '10

Sunshine -- gives me an excuse to go outside and do nothing but soak it all in
Children's vitamins -- you're never too old to have good-tasting medicine
Alice in Wonderland -- any and everything to do with her and her friends
Greek art and history -- pretty kick-ass, don'cha think so?
Marshmallows -- what's not to love?
The color green -- could be it's school colors, could be it's like summer, could be nonsense...
Music with a good bass-line -- such as Red Hot Chili Peppers' pretty much everything
Drawing fairy-tale creatures -- the monsters...

Interests a Year Later - April '11

Pasta -- I'm hungry ALL the time and so I make this ALL the time
Anything by Neil Simon -- saw a production last week and fell in L-O-V-E...
Helium balloons -- I stole some from a party the other night, and it was fun...squeak!! :)
British lit -- why didn't I take these classes beFORE???
Purple socks!! -- I kid you not, I have probably five pairs now?
Green tea -- I feel healthier just writing it down...
Ducks -- my sisters insisted they'd care for them, and last time I went to visit, there they were...cute little things... :)
Sun-sun-sunshine -- what's not to love? the perfect addition to a poetic mood

Healthy, true, but sweet as well
Taste of heaven, taste of hell
Desire sends message to my head
On a cracker or on a bread
Crunchy, crackly, maybe cream
Floating in a silky dream
Don't forget to lick the knife
Peanut butter is the joy of life.
